Under the Azure Greek Sky | Κάτω από τον Γαλάζιο Ουρανό της Ελλάδας
It was a sleepy winter day in Thessaloniki, and Mother, who liked to knit, had brought along her green bag with yarn and needles. My grandparents’ large living room was heated and cozy, with its comfy couch and two armchairs resting on a kilim rug. Mother and I settled into the turret of the big room. The large windows on either side of us washed us with natural light on this bright, cold day.
